FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A $100 non-refundable reservation fee secures your place in our custom build queue. This fee is applied toward the final cost of your knife.

Each customer may reserve up to two custom spots at one time.

Once your custom order is confirmed and paid, design changes cannot be made. This allows us to begin sourcing materials and scheduling production.

You have two business days after receiving your custom order email to submit your completed form.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours.

If we don't hear from you within 48 hours after our reminder, your reservation will be moved to the end of the waiting list.

Not entirely. Certain legacy designs and protected models are not available for custom orders.
