RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our work. If you follow the care card instructions and have any issues with your knife or sheath please contact us for repair or replacement. If you receive your package from a drop purchase and are not happy with your blade for any reason please contact us and we would be happy to speak with you about returning it within 14 days of purchase. There is a 10% restocking fee if there are no issues with the blade or if you accidentally checked out with the wrong knife. You will be responsible for the return shipping. If there is any damage to your product upon arrival we will email you a shipping label for return and repair of your blade. You can email us at sempersharp@gmail.com, on Facebook or Instagram @sempersharpllc, or reach out to Landon or Haley at 907-521-9445. We will get back to you within 24 hours of your message. We will NOT cover your blade or handle if you put it in the dishwasher (or washing machine). You can send it back and pay for the repair at the time of the return shipping. Custom Order Knives

There are no refunds for custom order spots or custom order knives. Please ensure that you will be ready at some point to make your custom order before purchasing a spot. We will allow you to forfeit your spot if you change your mind about making a custom order purchase. You are allowed to move to the end of the line (as many times as you may need) if your number is called and you are not ready. Please be sure that you review your invoice carefully as we do not allow changes once your payment has been made. We do not give refunds for custom order knives once the order has been placed we will complete your order and ship the knife to you.

Purchasing Knives Second Hand

We are thankful for the secondary marketing of our blades. Just to let you know, please have the person that you are purchasing a secondhand knife from send you pictures and videos. Once you purchase a knife second hand you would be responsible for paying for any repairs that need to happen due to misuse or not caring for the knife. We are here to stand behind our work, but can not repair misuse or lack of care for secondhand knives. Get vouches for the person you are buying from. Meaning ask others prior to purchasing from them. Again, if there is something that needs to be taken care of, have the person who originally purchased it take care of it with us prior to purchasing it from them.

TERMS OF SERVICE

All prices listed are in US Dollars. We ship all knives via USPS Priority Mail the Monday following your purchase. (If Monday is a holiday then we will ship it on Tuesday.) Priority mail is typically 3-5 days from Alaska. We will ship it to the address that you enter for shipping at checkout. If you make a mistake upon checkout please contact us prior to Monday so we may correct your shipping address. You will receive a tracking number via the email address that you used upon checkout. If you live outside of the US please ensure that per your country’s rules, the product you purchased is accepted as a customs form will be filled out prior to shipping your product.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share any of the information that you enter with anyone. Upon checkout, your payment is handled via Stripe. Stripe complies with PCI standards.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

Per Stripe we accept Visa, Mater Card, Discover Card, and PayPal. Stripe complies with all standards required by Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and PayPal. Stripe handles all of your card information and it is not saved in any database that we can access. If you have any problems with your payment please contact Stripe customer service, unless, of course, you require a refund. If so, please let us know and we will request that Stripe refund you the amount due to you.

Discounts

We offer military, LEO, and civil servant discounts upon request. If you make a purchase please email us within three days to have your 10% off refunded to you. Sempersharp@gmail.com We appreciate what you do for our communities and for our country! We will not honor discounts at all on custom orders. These knives take a lot of extra time and work to make therefore can not be discounted.

Rules

We do not ship mammoth tusks or molars to CA, HI, IL, NJ, NV, NY, or D.C. because of state mammoth restrictions. We can not ship giraffe bone outside of the US. By purchasing Semper Sharp products, you agree with our customer service policies and legal disclaimers.
